Paul Partyka Qualifies as Democratic Challenger in Florida Congressional District 24 Race

WINTER SPRINGS, FLA., April 29 2010 --- Former Winter Springs Mayor Paul Partyka has qualified as Democratic candidate and challenger for Florida's District 24 Congressional seat.

"My primary concern is on solving problems by bringing people together," said Partyka. "I am excited about the opportunity to run and am looking forward to representing my community and Florida's 24th District in the U.S. Congress."

Paul Partyka is a longtime resident and active member of the Oviedo-Winter Springs, Florida community where he recently served as president of the Oviedo Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is currently managing partner of NAI Realvest, one of the premier commercial real estate companies in Florida.

"I am truly grateful to the many volunteers and others in the community for their early support in helping to make this happen," said Partyka. "Now, District 24 voters will have a clear choice in the primary election this August."

Partyka is challenging freshman Suzanne Kosmas in the primary election for the Congressional District 24 seat.
